Dan Geddes-President
Dan is a recent addition to the GCH Team and he has brought a dynamic to this group that will prepare us for sustainable growth through this decade and beyond. Dan’s previous 15 years with Koyo Machinery started in field service traveling around the world doing customer installations and concluded as the Vice President of the USA Group. Dan brings an unparalleled depth of application experience that can only be gained by rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands into the process solution.
Joe Giacalone-Vice President
Joe has been with GCH for 20 years and has touched every facet of our business. Joe’s current responsibilities revolve around the operational efficiency of quality control, manufacturing, purchasing, expediting, and finance. Joe’s management style epitomizes the GCH hands on, “whatever it takes” approach to customer service. It is not uncommon to see him out on the run-off floor side by side with our customers running machines, gauging parts and lending his experience to every application.
Brian Kirchner-Vice President of Sales & Service
Brian has 5 years at GCH combined with 27 years in the machine tool business with names like Milacron and Hardinge. His transition from serviceman to salesman instilled a sense of urgency when dealing with his customers needs. Brian’s automation experience naturally leads him into providing turnkey solutions for any potential GCH customer.
Anthony Giacalone III-Senior Sales Engineer
20 years experience with GCH, Anthony specializes in the ID grinder product line and is respectable in the support of OD, Surface, and Centerless Grinders. He has a nationwide network set-up to locate the hardest to find parts, from Spindles to Servo Motors. There probably is not a more connected guy in the industry, so why don’t you put him to the test today?
Jeff Carter-Senior Sales Engineer
With 26 years of experience selling for GCH, Jeff’s in depth knowledge of the Centerless Grinder product lines make him a valuable resource for the do-it-yourself customer. It seems that no two Cincinnati Grinders were built the same and Jeff has seen all the various iterations. There is not a centerless problem that Jeff cant help you solve.
Marc Arnold-Senior Sales Engineer
Marc has 9 years of experience with GCH and 9 years prior experience in the metal working industry. He has gained broad experience primarily in the OD and Centerless Grinder replacement parts. Marc’s consistent approach to problem solving assures his customers that they will get the required parts in the shortest amount of time every day of the week.
Rob Webb III-Senior Sales Engineer
Rob’s 6 years at GCH with his 17 years in the Grinder re-manufacturing business provides his customers with a wealth of practical experience. Rob is adept at OD, ID, Surface, and Centerless Grinder support. Rob understands the term “customer service” and he always goes the extra mile to make sure his GCH clients are satisfied.
Chris Lemeister-Service Manager
Chris has 8 years of experience with our CNC Link service division. His previous 4 years of OEM service training at Cincinnati Milacron brings a calm to the chaos of dealing with customers facing the pressure of a machine down situation. Chris has the ability to balance the customer demands with the scheduling of the 18 service representatives he has at his disposal.
Stacie McCray- Sales Facilitator
Stacie’s 5 years with GCH and 12 years in direct customer service in the power transmission industry has been a blessing to all of our sales team. Our senior sales engineers regularly visit customers plants with the confidence that Stacie will step in to make sure their customers are serviced without missing a beat. She has kept our sales team and customers informed on the progress of every in-house order. Lisa King-Receptionist/Order Entry
Lisa is going into her 2nd year with GCH as the friendly voice that greets our customers whenever they call in. In addition to transferring your calls to the proper sales engineer, Lisa also handles all customer credit applications and initial order entries.
